Grub is one of my favorite places to eat in town! It's a great place for celebration or to just catch up with friends. The staff members here are very welcoming and attentive. The ambiance is hip, and the aesthetic might make you forget that you're in College Station.
As for the food, my go-to is the Bacon Love No. 9 with fries. I haven't tried some of the more adventurous options because I never get tired of my fave! The burger is always super juicy and cooked to perfection. -

Not the best burger in college station.
Having said that, there were two factors that could be influencing my opinion.
I went there on National Cheeseburger day (9/18), so maybe the burger wasn't as good as it usually is.
Secondly, I got the basic Front Porch burger. They had a national cheeseburger day deal where that burger was $5 only. However, the patty was quite perfectly cooked. The only downside were the toppings. The toppings were a bit too much and this shifted the focus from that patty.
The ambience is super hip and really cool. Service was quick in spite of being packed with people.
It was also happy hour. So we got the boneless chicken wings. They were really good! -

First impression upon walking in: super hip, modern atmosphere! Lasting impression: food did not disappoint, would come again!
As a very indecisive person, I had no clue what I wanted and the worker taking my order was super helpful in answering my questions and describing fan favorites! I ended up choosing the Wild Caught Salmon burger. I'm not a fan of beans so I was skeptical about the bean/corn medley but I couldn't even taste the beans individually so it was perfect! The Salmon patty was juicy and grilled just the right amount. The avocado was a a great compliment, both taste and texture wise. If you like salmon and avocado and want a break from the usual beef patty, I would totally recommend!
We also tried the Texas Luau. The bread was my favorite part. It was soft and had a hint of sweetness. The burger was cooked to perfection: thick and juicy. The jalapeños weren't too spicy and gave it a good kick. The sweetness of the pineapple was a good counterpart to the jalapeños spiciness. The skinny fries were crisp and delicious.
The tipsy worms and dirty brought back nostalgic childhood memories of making "worms and dirt" pudding cups in class but added in a twist of #adulting with the vodka. It was a delicious milkshake overall and I would get it again! -

A solid 4.5 stars for this campustown burger bar. Visited it on my recent trip to College station, and they serve up some great burgers plus a decent selection of beers as well from the lone star state. I got the salmon burger which was delicious, the fish patty was very flavorful and juicy. Great place to hangout and chat as well!
